I first met Craig Alperowitz when he joined The Chatham Emergency Squad (CES) in 2017, and he was assigned to the same crew I was on – meaning we spent 12 waking hours together, every single week.  Over the past 7 years, I have spent a considerable amount of time with Craig including the difficult, stressful years of Covid.

Craig is a good man whose attributes transcend any political affiliation. He is a cheerleader for the welfare of the community as I have observed serving beside him. He is a team player and works well solving urgent problems. He stands behind strong opinions yet he can suspend those opinions to listen to others and compromise as necessary. He is an amazing multitasker/ juggler of life who is an EMT, an entrepreneur a father and husband, a friend, a world traveler and a concerned citizen. On occasion, I saw it all in 12 hours!  And the cherry on top is his sense of humor- Craig is a funny guy!
